brew trek

wit’s end brewing company 1st anniversary party

Time flies when you’re drinking good beer, and it seems like just yesterday that Wit’s End Brewing Company opened its doors to Denver’s craft beer loving public. And what a year it has been for Scott Witsoe, going from unemployed to proprietor of a brewery that is getting kudos not only from the local press, but national as well. Business and capacity have expanded far beyond expectations too as it gains a reputation of a must-visit brewery in Denver’s slew of world class craft brewers.

Nearly everyone who’s been in to the eclectic ‘nano’ brewery agrees that Scott not only brews great and unique beers, but hosts a special experience that has become the envy throughout town.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of a visit to Wit’s End, then you may want to mark Saturday, September 29th on the calendar. Scott will be hosting his first anniversary with an extended hours party celebrating with all of his patrons, both new and old, yours truly included. Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza will also be there, ready for the pizza loving public who come in when the doors open at Noon.

Scott will be giving us all a present that day with special brew releases and door prizes to the lucky. So, if you haven’t any prior plans for the day, be sure to get down and wish Scott and Wit’s End a happy anniversary while enjoying a pint or two. The Wife and I will be there also, enjoying the revelry and talking beer and travel with anyone who cares to. Click the image below for more info, we hope to see you all there!

  1. Sounds like fun! Can’t wait to read about it.

    • We always have a good time there, can’t wait to taste what Scott has brewed up for the occasion.

We’ll definitely tell everyone about it, but since we’re behind with posts about our Western Slope tour, as well as some of the newer breweries we’ve been to, it may be awhile.

      Thanks for commenting!
